Qingshuiyuan Teahouse is located about 150 m to the due east of Panjiayuan bridge on the south side of the road and a multi-functional teahouse encompassing tea-drinking, business club, display of furniture and exhibition of celebrity’s paintings and handwritings. The furnishings in the store return to the ancients elegantly with soft and quiet light. The unique antique furniture supplemented with calligraphy and paintings of modern men of letters as well as infrequent sweet music reveal the Chinese romance to the utmost. In the teahouse are displayed the only pieces of antique furniture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, hundred-plus pieces of period furniture and a lot of art works including chinaware, calligraphy and paintings.
